Lutron's Services company has an immediate opening for a sales professional to lead our Service Sales Team for the US & Canada. This position will be based out of our corporate office in the Lehigh Valley, PA and offers a great opportunity to work closely with our outside sales teams, rep agents, field service team, project managers and end users. In this role you will be directly responsible for effectively managing a team of inside service sales professionals driving annual service sales revenue beyond $10M annually.   A successful Service Leader will utilize their leadership ability, Sales & customer relationship skills and inherent drive to work across the Sales & Service organizations and our partners to increase sales and grow Lutrons customer base. This role will involve some travel as you interface with larger customers and strategic accounts.

 

Specific responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Create and execute the plan for growing Service Sales in 2021 and beyond.

  2. Manage and develop the Inside Service Sales teams.

  3. Coordinate with Sales Area Leaders and end user vertical market segments such as Global Strategic Accounts, Colleges/Universities to support Lutron Service Sales with targeted customers, corporate campus’s, strategic end users, etc..

  4. Drive the overall growth of our TSP/SMA customer portfolio through multi-year contracts growth, new customers growth, renewals growth, automatic renewals, and post warranty direct customer engagement

  5. Launch and manage an updated CRM program for CPS to help drive leads, sales, and overall customer satisfaction/engagement.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelors Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent experience

·         Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferred experience in Service Sales

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to work in a self driven, dynamic business environment

·         Experience working with a team to solve problems or achieve a goal

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Ability to use discretion and make decisions independently

·         Proficient with MS Office
