Implement and deliver product roadmaps in alignment with overall business strategy and engineering capacity to execute Become the voice of the customer within Lutron through deep understanding of Lutron's target customers and channels Develop an expertise of the competitive landscape and work with other product teams to create and maintain a complete competitive positioning Converge product specs and tradeoffs with engineering and business leaders Create and execute programs and sales tools to support both new product launches and existing product sales with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering groups Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals for supported products Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Engineering Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of or experience in commercial construction industry preferred Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
