Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a Marketing Leader - Commercial Business.  As a leader of the commercial business marketing team, you will be responsible for meeting sales goals and delivering profitable growth across the commercial business portfolio.  You will leverage your deep marketing knowledge and collaborative work style to develop compelling marketing strategy and implement effective marketing programs. 

Develop and execute commercial marketing strategy that meets sales and profitability goals

  • Define marketing strategy, including brand positioning, audience segmentation and the marketing funnel design
  • Create and execute commercial marketing plans with a thorough understanding of Lutron customers and products
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey; collaborating with Product Management and Channel Marketing to implement improvements
  • Develop a deep understanding of Lutron customers to discover insights that promote growth ideas and actions
  • Steer and develop message and branding across all verticals and customer journeys

Run and grow the Commercial Marketing team and function within Lutron

  • Implement and manage marketing metrics for the team
  • Manage and develop a world class marketing team
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with sales, product management, marketing communications, channel marketing and engineering
  • Establish first-hand knowledge of and relationships with Lutron customers to better understand business needs, competition, best practices, and market dynamics
  • Ensure effective external agency relationships that deliver high-quality marketing ideas, materials, and activities

Develop and run integrated marketing & PR campaigns to support product launches

  • Establish publisher relationships for effective Public Relations impact
  • Ensure high-quality execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to innovation plans and new product launches
  • Collaborate with agencies (internal and external) to deliver “gold-standard” creative assets
