I. Job Identification                       

Job Title              :             Field Service Engineer

Report to:    CPS Team Leader-Greater China

Location:                           Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Macau
II. General Responsibilities:         

Provide field service for Lutron’s lighting control system and shade control system, such as System Startup, Aim and Focus, System Optimization, Trouble Shooting, onsite sales supporting, etc.

 III. Roles & Responsibilities:       

1. Site coordination with distributor, GC, EC and etc.

2. Familiarize the electrical contractor, project manager, owner’s representative, with wiring and mounting of system devices.

3. Understand the overall project schedule.

4. Delivery the field service according to the arrangement from FSE leader

5. Upload the database/site report to server or send to Michael once complete each field visit

6. Provide site training/one day training

7. Upload/send the training report  

8. Project management/coordidation onsite.

 IV. Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering &lighting control engineering;

2. Knowledge of electrical system, product and application: lighting control system, shade control system and network control system

3. 3~5 years working experience in electrical industry, lighting control industry or working experience in relative company;

4. Have field service experience

5. Good communication skills and a team player; Can be the representative of Lutron to join site meeting,

6. Positive & Continuous learning attitude;

7. Fluent in English Communication;

8. Good skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other application software.

9.  PM part - Have Project Management/coordination experience,

10. Understand project plan, schedule, budget, conflicts and other key project factors
