Residential Sales Manager - Central China
Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a Residential Sales Manager - Central China in China. In this position, you will be a key part of Lutron China residential sales team. A successful candidate will grow sales by creating market demand for Lutron solutions and developing a strong sales channel and support infrastructure. You will find and develop new residential partners and support close major projects. You will develop and execute sales programs working with sales, marketing, product management and other internal teams.
- Build successful residential business development plans for residential partners and channels
- Achieve annual sales target through expansion of our sales channels, creations of specifications and closing residential projects
- Grow sales channels by adding new channel partners and providing support to existing ones
- Drive residential system dealers to execute programs and initiatives via regular communications and reviews
- Support events such as distributor meetings, sales meetings and tradeshows for residential products and channels.
- Call on major end users and electrical contractors to educate and sell Lutron residential solutions

- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree plus relevant experience
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience including business development
- Experience with or Knowledge of residential market including sales channels and influencers
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written English skills
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time, sometimes with little or no notice
