  • Complete projects as assigned
  • Proactively prioritize tasks and identify issues
  • Collect data for Daily Cash reporting
  • Manage Banking Portal administration
  • Complete Corporate Secretarial filings
  • Collaborate with Tax, Accounting, Law, and Audit teams, as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Three (3) years or more of progressive office experience in a project work or office assistant role(s)
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Proven ability to prioritize work independently and proactively solve problems
  • Strong sense of urgency to resolve customer issues
