Salesforce Program Manager
The Salesforce Program Manager develops, owns, and directs the execution of projects that support Lutron’s Salesforce platform strategy to achieve improved customer experience, service process efficiency to effectively meet customer expectations for quality service.
Evangelize new and existing products through conversations and idea engagement at all levels within Lutron.
Engage business stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteria.
Define and maintain a 3-5year product roadmap aligning Salesforce.com with Lutron’s organizational goals.
Lead the full-life cycle program management including discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover Lutron business, functional, and technological requirements.
Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and business requirements.
Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and articulate the solution design to the development team.
Gather and transform salesforce product feedback into actionable improvements.
Serves as the internal Subject Matter Expert on salesforce.com.
Experience working within a global organization and interfacing with stakeholders in multiple business units domestically and internationally.
Proven ability to plan and deliver solutions that satisfy internal stakeholder and user needs.
Ability to participate in both technical and non-technical discussions related to Salesforce architecture and configuration.
Ability to communicate the value and return on investment of the Salesforce platform to senior leaders.
Ability to align Salesforce.com platform capabilities to internal business needs.
Highly collaborative and capable of building strong cross functional relationships.
Metrics driven with a deep understanding of translating customer needs into actions.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
Experience spearheading a large Salesforce deployment.
Proven track record in Large Scale Full Life-cycle Program management.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive technical ability with regard to IT infrastructure.
3+ years’ of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or combination of experience, consulting and education in Salesforce.com.
Experience with business process definition, best practices, re-engineering and writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements.
Understanding of the key levers for B2B and B2C business models
Experience in a service organization preferred.
