  • Own, develop, and manage all OEM-focused e-tools, marketing materials, demos, direct marketing activities, regional events, web content, and channel programs.

  • Coordinate with OEM sales team to develop and drive the development of yearly channel programs and collaborate with marketing teams at OEMs to increase effective usage of MDF funds.

  • Develop and execute marketing plans, product launch plans, and campaign plans targeted at the OEM cannel.

  • Identify, evaluate, and drive business development opportunities with alliance partners, when appropriate.

  • Travel as required (around 25-30%).

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelors Degree with GPA of 3.0 or above

  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with the commercial lighting business, lighting fixtures, and in-fixture technology (drivers, light engines, wireless, etc)

  • Experience selling and marketing products or technology to commercial fixture manufacturers and specifiers

  • Experience developing and executing effective marketing communications campaigns

  • Experience with business development through alliance activities is a plus

  • SalesForce.com or Pardot experience is a plus

  • Strong, proactive communication and presentation skills 

  • Strong combination of technical and marketing acumen

  • Ability to work across an organization to build consensus, and drive projects whilst managing ambiguity

  • Strong sense of urgency with project management and multi-tasking skills 

  • Ability to develop strong relationships within and outside of the company (e.g. 3rd party OEM marketing teams)
