Job Descriptions:

 

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a marketing manager based in Shanghai, China.  In this position, you will be working hand in hand with the sales team to ensure the success of residential channel establishment in Greater China. You will help promote Lutron residential solutions and develop marketing campaigns for the residential channel. You will also be expected to analyze market trend and adapt the programs to meet market needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Create product marketing materials (e.g. sales documentation,  case studies, product videos, etc) to articulate the benefits of our products to the market.
  • Establish a sustainable, strategic approach to create demand for Lutron residential solutions.
  • Manage all marketing activities for the residential channel
  • Make sure the channel development is aligned with company objectives and corporate marketing plan.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Plan/ implement promotional campaigns and measure results.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how the marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experiences in marketing, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong effective communication skills
  • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing methods including PR, written communication, market research, etc
