Title: Commercial Sales Engineer

Purpose

Increase commercial sales and profits by managing main commercial channels ( CI and ED) and launching new commercial products effectively into the Regions.

This position is part of the Head Quarters International strategic office. The International strategic office is in charge of developing business plans, launch new products and implement corporate initiatives in the different countries that compose International.

Objectives

  1. Manage the CI channel.
    1. Help the Regions to design and manage the programs (Compromisos, China Market Development and LCSI)
    2. Identify and deploy sales tools for growing the commercial channels
  1. New products launch- sales implementation and program implementation
    1. Vive in Mexico and 220V later
    2. Quantum Vue
  1. Identify the key elements that help us to scale the commercial sales internationally and remove the obstacles that limit us.
     
  2. Work with the local sales manager to identify and sign up new commercial accounts according to our 2017 planning.
     
  3. On-Board new employees in the commercial sales organization internally
    1. Train sales people how to sell new products into applications
       
  4. Track the success of the integrators with the regional sales managers
  1. Ensure Quality- As perceived by the customer

Accountability

  1. Channel growth. Sales and number of accounts ( CI, ED )
  2. Vive sales in Mexico
  3. Commercial products sales
