  • Work with regional sales team on specification, mock-up, pricing, and closing strategy for all hotel guestroom projects.
  • Call on key hotel brand accounts in the region to get Lutron approved by the brand and basis of design for new projects.
  • Secure specifications of Lutron products and solutions in all the relevant projects.
  • Identify and sign-up new commercial integrators in the hospitality business that can grow with Lutron guestroom solutions. 
  • Review and approve all hotel room mock-up specs and closing strategy with local sales team
  • Develop strategic plans and high level corporate relationships with the decision makers. 
  • Assist sales team to close sales opportunities as well as proactively generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare annual sales/business plan for China (HK) hotel business

  • Strong sales experience 8/10 years and global overview of the specification or hospitality community: Top hospitality brands, architects, technology consultants, lighting designers, electrical and mechanical consultants.
  • Electrical or Mechanical related degree preferred 
  • Fluet in Chinese and English
  • Knowledge of construction industry in area of commercial developments
  • Local relationships in the hospitality industry
  • Understanding of technical building systems
  • Leadership potential
  • Technical knowledge to support long term spec and day to day support to customer in order to generate business.
  • Good negotiations skills 
  • Has local business networks
