Experience Centre - Inside Sales and Services 

Lutron Experience Centers are an important way to connect with our customers and drive sales.  They provide unique customer experiences that communicate the Lutron story and solutions, train a wide range of customers, and create and close business opportunities.  Our centers are also an important tool to gain market feedback and customer insights.


  • In charge of the customer from the moment that he arrives to the Experience Centre, mainly specifiers and End Users
  • Create inspiration and excitement with customers through real life experience within the tour
  • Show, tell and sell commercial or residential project – both the Aesthetics / Experience
    • (“test drive”) and the Functional (“under the hood”)
  • Drive specifications of Lutron products through London Experience Centre and the specifier
    • channels who visit the center
  • Leverage the power of the Experience Center to produce sales opportunities with customers,
    • channel partners and influencers, and work closely with the Experience Center Leader following up on new product opportunities
  • Attend the specifiers association events outside of the Experience Centre to pull transit.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key specifier accounts in the market, provide them with product overviews and solutions for any commercial or residential project
  • Gain market feedback and communicate that with corporate business, product and marketing teams to improve impact of Experience Centre and effectiveness of the overall marketing efforts and collect information about new projects
  • Develop high levels of design strategies and complex applications and guide the specification team through design and specification of Lutron in new projects
  • Implement and coordinate corporative specification tools to achieve specification goals and objectives
  • Training Administration: Responding to enquiries from potential training delegates; booking delegate spaces, hotel accommodation and catering; invoicing and management of delegate data. 


  • Degree qualified
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of customer types.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and additional European language: French, Spanish, Italian, German
  • Desire to work as part of a dynamic team and develop a career with an ambitious company.
